Location: Lake Central Gym
Due to construction campers will enter through doors behind the school across from the outdoor track. Signs will be posted indicating entrance.
Session I: This session is designed for beginner to
intermediate volleyball players. All basic skills and fundamentals will be covered with emphasis on proper technique. Participants will be separated by skill level not age/grade. Each day ends with a series of games and competitions. Players will leave camp with a basic idea of a 4-2 and 6-2 offense.
Session II: This session is designed for the intermediate to advanced player. We will review basic skills but also focus on more advanced techniques and drills and cover offensive and defensive systems. To participate in this camp, players should have 1 year of organized club experience or school volleyball experience.
