VOLLEYBALL

Location: Lake Central High School

Session I: This session is designed as an introduction to volleyball.  All basic skills will be covered and focus will be on technique and repetition.  Girls will be separated based on skills not age and each day ends with a series of games.

Session II: This session is designed to review the basic skills of volleyball, but to also begin teaching advanced skills and team strategy.  This is not an entry level camp and should only be taken by girls interested in playing volleyball for their schools or trying out for the teams.  Focus will be centered on correct technique in passing, serving, footwork, and hitting.  Girls will leave camps with a basic idea of a 5-1 and 6-2 offense.

 3rd-6th Grade - Session I - 1:00-3:00PM
7th-8th Grade - Session II - 3:30-5:30PM
