GIRLS BASKETBALL GIRLS' BASKETBALL GUARDS AND POSTS CAMP

This camp is open to grades 2 - 8 and you may sign-up for one or both sessions.
The guard camp is designed to give specialized instruction to players who play on the perimeter. Point guards, off-guards, and wing players will work on both offensive and defensive concepts specific to their position. Players will work on shooting; learn moves to the basket, effective on and off the ball defensive tactics, and the importance of strong guard play on every team. Post players will benefit from instruction for their inside-the paint play. Forwards and centers will work on both offensive and defensive concepts specific to their position. Players will learn effective post moves, the importance of correct footwork, and both offensive and defensive positioning.
